AllPro Recruitment Shortlisted for the 2026 Social Impact Award
We’re delighted to announce that AllPro Recruitment has been shortlisted for the Social Impact Award at the 2026 Workplace Excellence Awards with Founders Friday.
This recognition means a great deal to our team because it reflects what has always been at the heart of AllPro Recruitment: putting people first.
As a recruitment agency, we do much more than connect employers with talented candidates. Every day, we help businesses grow, support people in building rewarding careers and work to create stronger, fairer workplaces. We believe recruitment has the power to make a real difference, not only to organisations but also to the communities they serve.
The Impact of Founders Friday
One of the initiatives we’re most proud of is Founders Friday.
Created to bring together founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders, Founders Friday has grown into a thriving community where people share knowledge, learn from one another and build valuable connections. Through inspiring talks and honest conversations, we’ve created a space where businesses can collaborate, solve challenges and support each other’s growth.
This award shortlist recognises not just our work as a recruitment agency, but our commitment to building a stronger business community through initiatives like Founders Friday.
Thank You to Everyone Who Made It Possible
This recognition belongs to so many people.
Thank you to our inspiring Founders Friday speakers, including Will Faulkner, Gareth Sheridan, Dominic Doheny, Tom Doyle, John Mee, Denise Buckley, Dr Anne Cusack and Paul Mahon, along with the many other speakers who have generously shared their knowledge, experiences and stories over the years.
A special thank you to Ronan Berry for bringing every event to life as our fantastic MC, and to Caroline Spollen, whose vision helped Founders Friday grow into the community it is today.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Muireann Higgins for her unwavering support from the very beginning, to our CEO Gareth Fleming and Chairman David Gleeson for always believing in and supporting the initiative, and to our COO Andrea Scally, Jasmine Elkhershi and Ecaterina Bespalco, whose hard work behind the scenes has helped make every event a success.
We’d also like to thank Eugene Kelly’s Bar for hosting so many memorable events, along with our valued partners, Tullamore & District Rotary Club, Local Enterprise Office Offaly, Local Enterprise Office Westmeath, Tullamore & District Chamber of Commerce, Midlandjobs.ie and PTSB (Offaly & Laois). Your continued support has been instrumental in helping Founders Friday flourish.
Looking Ahead
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who has attended a Founders Friday event over the years. Your enthusiasm, generosity and willingness to support one another have created a community we’re incredibly proud to be part of.
We’re equally grateful to our clients, candidates and partners. Your trust inspires us every day to continue making a positive impact through recruitment and community engagement.
While we’re honoured to be shortlisted for the 2026 Social Impact Award, this is just one milestone on our journey. We’ll continue putting people first, supporting businesses, creating opportunities and strengthening the communities we serve.
