On behalf of our clients in the financial services sector, we are seeking a Qualified Financial Advisor to provide expert financial planning and advisory services to personal and/or business clients. This role involves building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional financial advice across areas such as investments, pensions, protection, savings, and retirement planning.
- Conduct detailed client fact-finds to assess financial needs and objectives.
- Develop and present tailored financial solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through strong relationship management.
- Ensure all advice and documentation complies with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports.
Requirements
- QFA qualification (Essential)
- Previous experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements in Ireland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
