We are regularly recruiting Grade III Clerical Officers for our clients across the Midlands for temporary contracts of varying lengths. If you are interested in a similar position to the below, send us your CV today!

THE ROLE:

  • Provide clerical support to the management team
  • Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
  • Assisting with post
  • Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
  • Assisting students with any queries relating to training
  • Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
  • Dealing with members of the public and staff (directing their query to the relevant person/department, assisting them in finding correct information on website/ giving them prospectuses etc.)
  • Uploading manual files to share drives / cloud
  • Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
  • Must have excellent IT skills
  • Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
  • Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
  • Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines

Working week: Monday-Friday
Hours of work: 9-5pm
Hours per week: 35
Rate of pay: €15.27 per hour
