Our client, a well-established and respected business within the construction and home improvement sector, is currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Accounts Data Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
This position will initially be offered on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounts and administration within a stable and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate financial data using accounting software (Zoho Books experience beneficial)
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assisting with reconciliations and month-end reporting tasks
- Keeping digital records accurate and well-organised
- Providing general administrative support to the finance function
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an accounts or office administration role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Familiarity with accounting systems (Zoho Books an advantage)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
