Know someone who would be a great fit for one of our roles? Submit their details using the referral form below.
2. They Start Their New Opportunity
If your referral successfully completes our recruitment and compliance process and secures a position through AllPro Recruitment, they’ll begin their journey with a great employer.
3. Receive Your Reward
As a thank you for your recommendation, you’ll receive a referral reward once your referred candidate has completed the qualifying period or hours worked (subject to programme terms and conditions).

Terms & Conditions
- Referrals are eligible only if the candidate has not previously registered with Allpro Recruitment.
- Please ensure you have your friend’s permission before sharing their contact details with us. We will let them know that you referred them when we make contact.
- The referred candidate must successfully complete the minimum qualifying hours or placement period, as specified in the referral programme, within 6 months of registration.
- If more than one person refers a candidate, the referral reward will be awarded to the first individual who submitted the referral.
- A separate referral form must be completed for each candidate referred to AllPro Recruitment.
- The referred candidate must be legally entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland at the time of referral. AllPro Recruitment does not provide employment sponsorship.
- Referral rewards become payable only after the referred candidate has successfully completed the required qualifying hours or placement period.
- All work assignments must be completed in accordance with the client’s attendance, performance, compliance, and scheduling requirements.
- AllPro Recruitment reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
How to Claim Your Referral Reward
As the referrer, it is your responsibility to contact Allpro Recruitment to confirm that your referral has met the qualifying requirements for the referral reward.
Once your friend has completed the required qualifying hours or placement period, please email info@allprorecruitment.ie with your full name, address, and contact details. Our team will verify the referral and arrange payment of your reward.
