Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions
- Support patients and families during admission and discharge planning
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in safeguarding and protection procedures
- Maintain accurate records and professional standards
Requirements
- Degree or Masters in Social Work
- CORU registration or eligibility for registration
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or public sector settings desirable
- Strong communication, teamwork, and case management skills
