AllPro Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join the Day Services team in public health. The successful candidate will support adults attending day services by delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion in a person-centred environment. This is a full-time post, Mon-Fri, day shifts only with early finish on Fridays, based in Sligo Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective nursing care and support
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers
- Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and HIQA standards
- Support service users in community and social activities
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Intellectual Disability Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in disability or community services desirable
- Full clean driving licence preferred
