As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the facility, maintaining the highest standards of service, and creating a positive and nurturing environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

– Ensure efficient and effective operations, including scheduling, budgeting, rostering and resource management.
– Maintain high standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
– Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
– Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
– Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or residential accommodation

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
