We are currently recruiting a General Operative on behalf of our client based in Tipperary. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations on site
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided if required)
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting team members and supervisors as needed
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (construction, warehouse, or production) is an advantage
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good level of English
- Manual handling experience (or willingness to complete training)
- Own transport is an advantage
