We are currently looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual with 4–5 years’ experience in site engineering who is eager to develop their career while working on high-quality and diverse projects.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the site team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that works are delivered with precision, safety, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out setting out and surveying duties in line with drawings and project requirements
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and accuracy
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track site progress and assist in maintaining project schedules
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and site procedures are followed
- Maintain detailed site records, measurements, and reports
- Identify and address any engineering or construction challenges on site
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ experience in a Site Engineer position
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Strong experience in setting out and surveying
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details
- Good problem-solving skills and clear communication ability
- High level of attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
- Full clean driver’s licence
- Competent in engineering software and Microsoft Office
