Job description
We are now recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer in a Business Support Team for our client based in Dundalk . This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week.
THE ROLE:
- Provide clerical support to the existing team
- Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
- Assisting with post
- Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
- Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
- Dealing with members of the public and staff (directing their query to the relevant person/department, assisting them in finding correct information on website/ giving them prospectuses etc.)
- Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
- Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
- Must have excellent IT skills
- Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
- Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
- Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
- Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
- Full drivers license advantageous
Working week: Monday-Friday, Full-time
Hours of work: 9am-5pm / 8.30am-4.30pm (centre dependent)
Hours per week: 35
Rate of pay: €29,810 – €38,596
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
