Temporary Clerical Officer Grade IV

On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Temporary Grade IV Clerical Officer to join a busy team.

This is temporary position with an immediate start.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

· Have successfully completed the Leaving Certificate

· A relevant/recognised qualification (ECDL etc)

· Minimum of 3 years paid work experience as a senior Administrator or Personal Assistant

  • Administration skills
  • Finance/Accounting skills
  • Computer/IT skill (eg work, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in writing minutes and compiling reports
  • Ability to work independently or on own initiative
  • Flexibility to work within a multi-sectoral team
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Experience in Home Care Support / Coordination would be an advantage
