On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, we are now recruiting a Shipping Co-Ordinator/ Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their office in Tullamore.
The Role:
- Liaising day to day with Customers, Shipping Companies and Sales Team
- Posting orders to system, dealing with production, booking shipping companies, filing customs declarations
- Working alongside National Sales Team, Production Management, Shipping Manager and wider team to co-ordinate the process from order to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Organisational and Communication skills
- Attention to detail important
- Proficient in using Excel and Outlook etc.
- Advantage if experience dealing with Customs
- Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred

Salary: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
