Sales Assistant/ Admin

On behalf of our client based in Tullamore, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Assistant /Administrator to join an expanding team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generation of Quotation
  • Quotation follow up with both customers & sales team
  • Process sales and purchase orders
  • Assistance with accounts
  • Provide efficient and effective Customer Support to all customers
  • Provide administrative support
  • Engaging with customers to offer additional sales when appropriate;
  • Contribute to overall Stock Management and maintenance of showroom

Person Specification

  • Retail sales experience
  • 1-2 years administration experience
  • Knowledge of selling home furnishing, blinds, flooring etc would be advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an ability to multi-task without losing focus
  • Strong communication skills particularly in relation to interfacing with internal teams, clients and other departments
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Task orientated with ability to bring work to completion
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and email
