Quality Control Administrator

On behalf of our client a leading Irish meat supplier, we are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Some of the duties included in this position


  • Monitor all quality-related activities and maintain records
  • Documentation: procedure writing and review, implementation of new procedures and policies
  • Ensuring quality management system is implemented
  • Input data into the stock system including intake, sales, issued to production
  • Reconcile customer’s accounts
  • General office duties including filing, printing of labels, scanning documents


  • Leaving Cert or equivalent
  • HACCP – understanding/experience (HACCP Training an advantage)
  • Proficient in computer word processing and MS office
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
