Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and administration? Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support their dynamic team in Edenderry Co, Offaly.

Location: Edenderry Co, Offaly

Salary: €45 k – €55k D.O.E

Your Role:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Support: Assist management and staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Support the implementation of health and safety procedures within the office, conduct regular checks, and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning properly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents to senior management.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
