Finance Administrator

On behalf of our client, a busy SME in financial services, we are now recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time role based in Birr, Co Offaly.

The Role:

  • Provide clerical support to the existing financial team
  • Creating proposals, entering details into system, issuing to clients
  • Welcoming and directing visitors to the premises for meetings
  • Data entry
  • Answering the phone, inbox monitoring, responding to clients in a professional manner with utmost efficiency
  • Generating and issuing client letters
  • Scanning and filing of documentation
  • Creating and scheduling client meetings from pre-existing enquiries both in-person and online
  • Assisting with post

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office & Docusign essential
  • Insurance & pensions experience preferable
  • QFA qualification or working towards one (graduate or currently studying) a distinct advantage
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €15.00-€17.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
