Duties
- Installing, assembling, and wiring solar energy systems on rooftops or ground-mounted installations.
- Conducting electrical inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and compliance with local codes.
- Mounting and securing photovoltaic panels and inverters.
- Connecting and disconnecting electrical wiring, conduits, and other components.
- Testing and commissioning solar systems to verify proper operation.
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Electrical Qualification.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and codes.
- Experience in solar panel installation (is a bonus).
