Job description

On behalf of our client based just outside Tullamore, we are currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to support a busy operation.


  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads/ tenders
  • Social media interactions for business
  • Maintain and develop companies online marketing profile
  • Manage cloud security in house and external customers
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with the varying needs of our customers
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely distribution / Stock Control
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  • Strong communication skills
  • Driven self-starter
  • Experience of Microsoft 365 platform / Teams / SharePoint
  • Familiarity of the IT Sector beneficial
  • Graduate in relevant discipline
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of customers and to adapt/ respond appropriately
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is essential
  • Strong capacity to work on own initiative and equally as a team member
  • Good knowledge of key principles for social media/networking
  • Content management systems and video software
