Administrator

On behalf of our client, a thriving plant & tool hire company, we are now seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties

1. Taking Calls in a professional manner

2. Pricing Hire via phone, email and in person at counter

3.  Entering Hires onto the system

4.  Liaising with customers on deliveries, site access, payment

5. Filing

6. Liaising with sales reps for accurate details and uploading onto system

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Strong interpersonal skills among teammates
  • Excellent attention to detail essential
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or within plant hire an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
