Accounts Manager

Job Description

AllPro Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a leading Office Supplies, Design & Retail company, and are now seeking an Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

Main Duties:

  • Management and supervision of accounts function ensuring that accuracy and reliability are maintained
  • Financial planning, budgeting for the company
  • Responsibility for credit control within the company
  • Operating the payroll function & PAYE and ROS
  • Monthly acceptance and payments Managing Clock Card System on weekly basis Sales Debtors Accounts Reconciliation on ongoing basis
  • Reconciliation of all Creditors accounts and Bank Accounts
  • Online dealings with ROS re: Payment Set-Up and notifications VAT and PAYE
  • Preparation of periodic VAT returns
  • Production of Management Accounts weekly and monthly
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Accountancy qualification an advantage but not essential
  • 3+ years experience in a busy accounting position
  • Experience with leading an accounts team
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
