On behalf of our client, an office supply business based in the Midlands, we are recruiting an accounts manager on a full-time, permanent basis


  • Management and supervision of accounts function ensuring that accuracy and reliability are maintained
  • Petty cash management and bank lodgements
  • Resposibilty for credit control within the company
  • Operating payroll function on a weekly basis
  • PAYE and ROS monthly acceptance and payments
  • Management clock card system on a weekly basis
  • Payment of all creditors accounts via bank transfer
  • Reconciliation of all creditors accounts and bank accounts
  • Online dealing with ROS re payments set up and notification VAT
  • Perparing and cleardown month end periods and associated reports
  • Production of management accounts – weekly and monthlu
  • Year end management accounts preparation and liaison with our accountants for finalising accounts.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous accounts management experience
  • Accounting qualification an advantage but not essential
  • Field-relevant computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €38,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
