Accounts Administrator

AllPro Recruitment are partnering with a family-run, leading machinery engineering company, and are now seeking an Accounts Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their offices in Shannon, Co Clare.

The successful candidate will support the Finance Team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, within a high-growth industry.

Duties include:

  • Processing supplier invoices & payments
  • Processing weekly payroll (minimal)
  • Maintaining some administration within H.R records (compliance)
  • General administration duties (typing, filing, data entry, office admin)
  • Booking business events on occasion

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar roll
  • Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
  • E.R.P. Experience (M1 preferable but not essential)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Client Management Skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
