AllPro Recruitment are partnering with a family-run, leading machinery engineering company, and are now seeking an Accounts Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their offices in Shannon, Co Clare.
The successful candidate will support the Finance Team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, within a high-growth industry.
Duties include:
- Processing supplier invoices & payments
- Processing weekly payroll (minimal)
- Maintaining some administration within H.R records (compliance)
- General administration duties (typing, filing, data entry, office admin)
- Booking business events on occasion
The successful candidate must have:
- 3 years’ experience in a similar roll
- Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
- E.R.P. Experience (M1 preferable but not essential)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Client Management Skills
- High levels of attention to detail
