Job Description
On behalf of our client, based in the Rathcoole, we have an immediate requirement for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Administrator to join their sales team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a high level of customer queries over the phone
- Making calls and scheduling sales appointments , also to maintain correspondence effectively with customers
- Processing a high level of orders
- Managing quotes and pricing orders
- Ability to negotiate orders while retaining good rapport with clients
- Upload daily sales transactions in an efficient manner
- Monitor customer credit limits and generate credits as required
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across the organisation
Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A “can do” work ethic is required
- Must be proficient in MS Office. Excel is essential
- Have good attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills required
- Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
- This person will be extremely personable and flexible
