Sales Administrator

Job Description

On behalf of our client, based in the Rathcoole, we have an immediate requirement for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Administrator to join their sales team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with a high level of customer queries over the phone
  • Making calls and scheduling sales appointments , also to maintain correspondence effectively with customers
  • Processing a high level of orders
  • Managing quotes and pricing orders
  • Ability to negotiate orders while retaining good rapport with clients
  • Upload daily sales transactions in an efficient manner
  • Monitor customer credit limits and generate credits as required
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across the organisation

Relevant Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A “can do” work ethic is required
  • Must be proficient in MS Office. Excel is essential
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills required
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • This person will be extremely personable and flexible
