Office Administrator

On behalf of our client a busy company in the motor industry, we are recruiting for Administrators to join their team.

Duties include:

  • Handling all incoming calls from customers on a daily basis
  • Managing daily booking diary and check for recalls on all incoming bookings
  • Dealing with Customers on arrival, checking and writing up all job cards on completion of work and invoicing continues
  • Dealing with daily handling of receipts and payments and daily cashing reconciliation process
  • Working closely with Manager on all jobs
  • General daily administration and filing duties


  • Previous garage experience and knowledge of motor parts and terminology
  • 2-3 years experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Availability to work 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
