They supply air handling units, chillers, smoke control systems, air terminal devices, and BMS systems. Serving commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data center, and healthcare sectors, they ensure 24/7/365 service support.

About the Position

As an Operations/Contract Manager, you will oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in driving our growth in critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and subcontractor contracts.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Identify potential pitfalls and take pre-emptive action to safeguard against contractual and operational risks.
• Proactively handle claims and resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors.
• Foster transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular contract status updates to senior management.
• Engage and interface with clients effectively.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors.
• Manage assigned budgets.
• Ensure the highest levels of health, safety, and quality on all projects.
• Provide technical support to customers.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
• Experience in commercial negotiations with strong contracting skills.
• Fluency in English.
