General Operative

General Operative required for housing site in The Grange, South Co. Dublin for finishing work on a construction site. Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling required.

• Assisting with site clean-up, including removing debris and tidying up areas for safety and presentation.
• Supporting tradespeople in finishing tasks like plastering, or carpentry by providing materials and tools.
• Completing minor repair and touch-up work, such as patching walls, sealing gaps, or fixing any small defects.
• Installing signage and fencing as needed for remaining work or final handover. and assisting with landscaping tasks and general ground preparation.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment necessary for final work, ensuring they are available on-site when needed.
• Final inspection preparations, such as sweeping, washing, and removing any obstructions that could hinder inspections.
• Carrying out snagging tasks, working to address minor issues or defects identified in the final site walkthroughs.
